We currently ship across the United Kingdom.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days.
As some items are shipped directly from our suppliers, delivery times may vary by product — estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
To start a return, contact us at hello@funandbloom.com with your order number.
Once your return is approved, you'll have 14 days to send the item back.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
Please note: personalised items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
